This painting is done from a photograph I took. While kayaking around King Bay in Go Home Bay I saw this healthy looking tree growing out of the rocks. I found it so inspirational and called it "Against All Odds". Acrylic on Canvas 24 x 36 $500 cdn

I did this painting from a photograph I took of one of the 30,000 islands on Georgian Bay while I was out kayaking. I tried to capture the different formations as a result of these islands being exposed many years ago as a melting glacier removed the soil, dropping it further south around the Holland Marsh area.
